As the Billing Specialist for PICS, Jenny is responsible for overseeing all of the Fiscal Support Entity Services billing to the State of MN -Department of Human Services for services provided by PICS and has critical responsibility for impacting the cash flow of the organization by the accuracy and timeliness of revenue collections.

Jenny has several years of experience in the for-profit corporate retail environment and has held various positions from Administrative/Executive Assistant to Business Analyst. She has a degree in Fashion Design from the Art Institute of Seattle, but has been enjoying the recent change in working within the non-profit sector for a mission driven organization.

In her free time, Jenny likes spending time with her family, relaxing at home with her husband who recently returned from overseas, and enjoying the MN lakes in the summer.
