Jinah is responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the human resources function. This includes such areas as organizational development, performance management, strategic planning, employee training and development, risk management, applicable state and federal law compliance, and benefits/compensation administration.

Jinah has over 8 years of experience working in human resources. She is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) , has an M.S. degree in Psychology and an MBA.

In her free time, Jinah enjoys spending as much time as possible with her family and friends. She also enjoys running, traveling, reading, and playing the piano.
