As the HR Specialist at PICS, Kathy is responsible for providing human resources support to our families as they navigate the hiring process of new employees. Kathy has a diverse background that includes working as a Hubert Humphrey Job Corp youth counselor, teaching English while living in Japan for 5 years, and working as an office manager at Deloitte Consulting until deciding to stay at home with her kids. After many years working as a stay-at-home mom, Kathy decided to return to work, which is how she came to PICS. In her free time she enjoys skiing with her family, which includes going to her kids' ski races where her kids race for the local ski team. She also enjoys going to her kids' baseball and softball games, as well as gardening.
