As a Service Coordinator Specialist at PICS, Melissa provides support to each of the Service Coordinators and the individuals enrolled in the consumer directed community support programs for people with disabilities, the elderly and those living with a brain injury.

Melissa has a bachelor degree in Intercultural Studies and International Development. Her previous professional experience has included working as an Independent Living Skills Worker/Supervisor for clients living with mental illnesses in the South Metro Area.

In her spare time Melissa enjoys traveling, biking around Minneapolis, trying out new coffee shops and spending time with close friends and family.
