As the Transportation Service Coordinator at PICS, Shalanda provides support to individuals enrolled in the Transportation program. This program has over 1200 active clients who are in the following programs: Elderly Waiver, CADI Waiver, TBI, CAC, AC Grant, MSHO, and Private Driver Reimbursement. Shalanda has a diverse background which includes a degree in Fashion Design from the International Academy of Design and Technology in Chicago, coursework in Creative Writing, and working with children and adults with Autism. In her free time, she enjoys staying at home with her family. She is a busy mom and treasures any quiet time she can get. She also enjoys photography and creating digital images online.
