Tiffany?s diverse responsibilities include maintaining office supplies and equipment, creating packets and manuals, and managing files for new clients. She also answers phones, assists customers, and works on other projects. Tiffany is also our on-staff sign language interpreter, providing direct communication with Deaf/Hard of Hearing clients.

Her educational background is in American Sign Language Interpreting. She attended Riverside Community College in Riverside, CA for over three years. Then she transferred to St. Kate's in St. Paul, where she earned a B.A. in American Sign Language. She completed her written National Certification Test through the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf and National Association of the Deaf testing system, and aims to complete the performance test within 2 years. She currently interns with a Certified ASL interpreter. Before coming to PICS, Tiffany worked for two years in a Financial Aid office where she assisted with Disabled Student Services.

Tiffany loves spending time with her son - they enjoy going to the park, for walks, and to the zoo. She also enjoys socializing within the Deaf Community, being with friends, going to North Dakota to visit family.
