2011 Disability Matters Town Hall
Learn how the state budget impacts you and give feedback to policy makers. The town hall meetings will be held in nine communities in Minnesota and are held by the Minnesota Consortium for Citizens with Disabilities.

Important! 2011 Payroll Schedule Now Available
PICS is changing its payroll schedule starting January 1, 2011. View the new schedule.
Effective April 3, 2009, there is a new Form I-9
Managing Parties must complete the NEW Form I-9 for all newly hired employees on or after April 3, 2009 to verify their identity and authorization to work in the United States. Please click here for a link to the new form. Please make sure you destroy all unused, old Form I-9s that you may have outstanding and only use the new form.
Please note: We will not be able to accept I-9 forms that come in after 4/3/09 if they are the OLD form. If we receive an old Form I-9 after 4/3/09, we will ask you to complete a new one.
PICS now offers direct deposit for expenses!
