Basic Dental Plan
As a PICS Direct Support Professional, you are eligible to participate in our Basic Dental plan. This benefit is available to all PICS employees and their dependents, and there is no minimum number of hours that you need to work each week in order to be eligible.
- Affordably priced and premium payments are deducted from your paycheck
- Plan pays up to $1,500 maximum per person each coverage year after a $50 per person deductible
- Visit any dentist
- Covers most common services and gives your enrolled dependents the same coverage
- Available for employee and/or employee plus family
This is a voluntary program. That means you pay 100% of the premium cost, which is deducted from your paycheck each pay period. You can see any dentist you choose, but if you choose a dentist within the network, you can benefit from negotiated rates.
Enrollment is easy! Simply review the Dental Plan Brochure, then follow the instructions on the Telephone Enrollment Sheet.
