Partners in Community Supports offers limited medical and dental benefits to all eligible employees, under The American Worker Insurance Plan. With The American Worker Plan you have the choice of enrolling in one of three medical plans. These plans are designed to provide coverage for basic health care services. Additionally, you have the option to purchase dental coverage under The American Worker Plan. Eligible employees may choose to purchase medical and dental coverage together or separately. The American Worker Plan also provides unlimited access to prescription drug discounts.

For your convenience, you will have access to The American Worker's national call center. The call center is staffed with customer service representatives who can assist you with questions concerning the benefits being offered or if you wish to enroll. The center is available Monday through Friday 8:30am - 7:00pm EST.
