Steve is the Senior Director at PICS and he is responsible for providing leadership in the development and strategic direction of the organization. Some of his major responsibilities include; managing the provision of services, developing the strategic vision, expanding services, and providing leadership and team development for employees of PICS.

Steve has over 13 years of experience in a variety of leadership roles within the state, county, private sector and most recently in healthcare. He has a master's degree in Public and Non-Profit Administration and a B.S. degree in psychology. In his free time, Steve enjoys spending as much time as possible outdoors especially mountain biking and hiking. He also enjoys spending time with wife, Jen.
