The transportation program at PICS has over 750 active clients who are in the following programs: Elderly Waiver, CADI Waiver, TBI, CAC, AC Grant, MSHO, and Private Driver Reimbursement. The types of bus passes that PICS distributes to clients in this program include: Metro Transit 31-day SuperSaver Local, Express, Rush Hour, Non-Rush Hour, Limited Mobility, or Stored Value. Other passes available through PICS are the Metro Mobility Peak or Non-Peak coupons. To find out if you can become authorized to receive transportation services from PICS, contact your county case manager to see if you qualify. For more information about the different bus passes, visit the Metro Transit web site. Bus passes are mailed out monthly to clients. If the necessary paperwork is received by the 1st of the month, passes will be mailed to the client no later than the 10th of that month.
